To log in to the UAB Patient Portal, follow these steps:

1. Go to the UAB Medicine Patient Portal website at https://uabmedicine.org/patient-portal.
2. Click on the “Log In” button located in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your username and password and click on the “Log In” button.

If you haven’t signed up for the UAB Patient Portal yet, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to the UAB Medicine Patient Portal website at https://uabmedicine.org/patient-portal.
2. Click on the “Sign Up” button located in the top right corner of the page.
3. Follow the instructions to create an account.

If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you can reset them by following these steps:

1. Go to the UAB Medicine Patient Portal website at https://uabmedicine.org/patient-portal.
2. Click on the “Forgot Username or Password” link located below the “Log In” button.
3. Follow the instructions to reset your username or password.
