How to Sign Up for the WVU Patient Portal

6. During the registration process, you will also need to create a MyChart Username and password. Choose a username that is easy to remember but not easily guessable. Create a strong password that includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
7. Once you have filled in all the necessary details and created your login credentials, review the terms and conditions, and privacy policy if provided. Accept them if you agree.
