How to Login to MyQuest Patient Portal

Once you have registered, logging in to access your health information is simple:

Go to the MyQuest Login Page: Visit the MyQuest website and click on the “Log In” button.
Enter Your Credentials: Type in your username and password that you created during the registration process.
Secure Login: For added security, you might be prompted to answer one of your security questions or verify your identity through a two-factor authentication process.
Access Your Dashboard: After successfully logging in, you will be directed to your personal dashboard where you can view your test results, manage appointments, and more.

To begin using the MyQuest services, you must first register and create an account. Follow these steps to register:

Receive an Invitation: The registration process begins with receiving a Patient Portal Invitation letter. This letter can be generated by your healthcare provider, who will either print it or send it to you via email.
Access the Registration Page: The invitation letter will include a link to the MyQuest registration page. Click on this link to proceed.
Follow the Instructions: Once on the registration page, follow the provided instructions to create your MyQuest account. You will need to enter personal information as prompted.
Complete Registration: After filling out the necessary information, you will set up your account, which may include creating a username and password. Ensure that you complete this process within 28 days of receiving the invitation, as the invitation will expire after that period.
Confirmation: After successful registration, you may receive a confirmation email. If you do not see this email, check your spam folder, as it will come from “DoNotReply@QuestDiagnostics.com”
