How to Login to the HHHN Patient Portal

1. Access the Portal:
   • Open your web browser and go to the HHHN Patient Portal by visiting HHHN Patient Portal.
   • Click on the “Log In” button typically found on the homepage.
2. Enter Your Credentials:
   • You will be redirected to the login page where you need to enter your username and password.

How to Sign Up for the HHHN Patient Portal
