How to Login to the Avance Care Patient Portal
For returning users, logging into the Avance Care patient portal involves a few simple steps:
- Visit the Avance Care website and access the Patient Portal as described above.
- Input your username and password in the designated fields.
- To log in using your mobile phone, select “Using Mobile Phone” and input the code sent to your mobile number.
- Once your credentials are entered, you may need to complete a two-factor authentication process. Choose to receive the verification code via text or email, enter it, and click “Verify” to access your portal.

How to Sign Up for the Avance Care Patient Portal
To begin, navigate to Avance Care’s website at avancecare.com. Look for the “Patient Portal” link in the top right corner of the homepage and click on it. This will direct you to the patient portal’s sign-in page. If you are a new user, follow these steps:
- Click on “View Your Health Record.”
- Since you do not have a password, enter a random password. This will trigger the system to provide you with an option to create a new one.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your account. You will be required to verify your identity, which can typically be done via a code sent to your mobile phone or email.
- Choose your preferred verification method, click “Send Code” at the bottom of the screen, and enter the code once received.
- Create a new password to replace the temporary or randomly entered one.
