How to Login to the Medfusion Patient Portal
- Visit the Login Page: Go to the Medfusion Patient Portal login page.
- Enter Credentials: Input your username and password. Remember that the password is case-sensitive.
- Click Login: After entering your credentials, click the “Login” button to access your account.
If you encounter issues logging in, ensure that you have the correct username and password. If the account is locked due to multiple failed attempts, it will be temporarily disabled for 20 minutes.

How to Sign Up for Medfusion Patient Portal
- Receive Enrollment Email: You need to obtain an enrollment token from your healthcare provider’s office. Once you have this token, you will receive an enrollment email from noreply@medfusion.net.
- Follow the Link: Click on the link provided in the email to begin the registration process.
- Complete Registration: Fill in the required information, including your email address, and follow the prompts to set up your account.
If you are a new patient, it is advisable to contact your provider’s office directly to initiate the enrollment process.
