1. Visit the PatientConnect login page.
2. Enter your registered username and password in the provided fields.
3. Click on the login button to access your dashboard.

How to Sign Up/Register for the CMMC Patient Portal (PatientConnect)

1. Find Your Medical Record Number (MRN): This number is vital for registration and can be found on any medical record or recent billing statement. If you cannot locate your MRN, you can call the Health Information Management department at Central Montana Medical Center.
2. Complete the Self-Enrollment Form: Visit the PatientConnect registration page and fill out the online self-enrollment form using your MRN.
3. In-Person Registration: You can also register at any of the hospital’s registration areas, admissions desks, or the Health Information Management department. Remember, you must be at least 18 years old, bring a valid photo ID, and be present in person to register.
