Logging In to the CNY Fertility Patient Portal
- Access the CNY Fertility Patient Portal by visiting their website and clicking on the ‘Patient Portal’ link at the top of the homepage. Enter your User ID and Password. If it’s your first time logging in, you’ll be prompted to set up security questions to help recover your account if you forget your login details in the future.
