How to Login to Emory MyChart

How to Sign Up for Emory MyChart

- During a Clinic Visit: Ask for an activation code during your next visit to an Emory Healthcare provider. They will provide you with an activation code.
- Online Request: Visit the Emory MyChart website and click on the “Sign Up” or “Request an Activation Code” option.

- Click “Sign Up.”
